 Server relocation involving Web server 202.75.53.19 & 202.75.53.25

Dear Valued Customer,

We wish to inform that, there will be a server relocation involving the web servers with the IP 202.75.53.19 and 202.75.53.25 on the following date/time:-

Date: 7th Jan 2009
Time: 4:30pm


Should your domain name is not using our DNS, kindly update the IP as below in order to avoid any service interuptions.

(1)
Old IP:
202.75.53.19

New IP:
124.150.140.90

(2)
Old IP:
202.75.53.25

New IP:
124.150.140.85

This process would take approximately one hour of downtime and we hope that you would be enjoying our better network shortly.

To identify your current web server IP, please perform a ping in your desktop / notebook with the guidelines below:-


To ping in Windows (OS)
01. Go to 'Start' --> 'Run' --> then type in 'cmd' (without quotes)
02. At the command prompt, type in 'ping
www.yourdomain.com' (without quotes)
03. Press Enter

To ping in MAC (OS)
01. Double-click on the Hard Drive icon > Applications folder > Utilities folder > Network Utility program
02. Select the Ping tab and enter the hostname, where hostname can be a domain name, a machine name or an IP address. In your case please enter the name 'www.yourdomain.com' (without quotes)
03. Press Enter
