1: Download the "Pingplotter"from http://www.pingplotter.com/downloads/pngplt_1.exe

2: Install and launch it from your local computer

3: Enter your domain name into the "Address to trace" field and press the "Trace" button

4: A continuous reading will be generated



5: Please save the reading as .GIF format by following the steps. File > Save Image... > Save as type GIF

6. Send over the file as an attachment for us to analyze
