To setup your a new POP3 e-mail account in Microsoft Windows Live Mail, please follow the instruction below :-

01. Select Tools > Accounts...

02. Click on Add button and click on the E-mail Account' then click Next

03. Fill in the following fields and click Next:
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your email account password.
- Check on Remember password.
- Enter your name as you want it to display
- Checked on Manually configure server settings for e-mail account.

04. Apply the following setting and click Next:
- Select POP3 for My incoming mail server.
- Enter mail.yourdomain.com in the Incoming server field.
- Select Clear text authentication for Log on using option.
- Enter full email address, you@yourdomain.com in Login ID field.
- Enter mail.yourdomain.com in the Outgoing server field.
- Change the Outgoing server port number from 25 to 587.
- Check on My outgoing server requires authentication.

05. Click Next, then Finish.
