How to filter emails that are tagged with [*SPAM*] in Smartermail?

Smartermail 4.x

Go to http://mail.yourdomain.com and login as admin@domain.com

Create processing rule:
1. Click 'Domain Settings' located on your top and select 'Domain Content Filtering' from the list

2. Click 'Add Filter'

3. Click on 'Contains specific words or phrases' and select 'Subject' and click 'Next'

4. Select 'contains' and enter '[*SPAM*]' (without quotes) in 'Subject (one per line)' field then click 'Next'

5. Type in the name of the rules in 'Rule Name' then choose 'Move message to folder' and type in 'Junk E-Mail' in the Folder column

p.s. If you prefer to have spam email deleted, select 'Delete Message' instead of 'Move Message'.

Smartermail 5.x & Smartermail 6.x

Go to http://mail.yourdomain.com and login as admin@domain.com
 
Create Content Filtering:
1. Click 'Settings' located on your top

2. Expand 'Domain Settings' and then click on 'Content Filtering' at your left side

3. Click on 'New' button

4. Under 'Contains Specific Words or Phrases', select 'Subject' and click 'Next'

5. Select 'contains' and enter '[*SPAM*]' (without quotes) in 'Subject (one per line)' field then click 'Next'

6. Type in 'Junk E-Mail' (without quotes) of the rules in 'Name' then choose 'Move Message' and type in 'Junk E-Mail' in the Folder column

7. Click on 'Save' to complete the creation of a content filtering

p.s. If you prefer to have spam email deleted, select 'Delete Message' instead of 'Move Message'.
